Learning to Play With Left Handed Golf Clubs - ... equipment made for you as a left handed person will enable you to be more comfortable on the golf course. This easily translates to a better game and an overall better performance. After all, it's really better to be able to use the equipment that's truly made for you. This would certainly help you even more if you're just new to the game itself. You don't have to restrict yourself to using clubs that won't really let you improve right from the get go. Left handed golf clubs will do all these things for a lefty ...
Golf Slice Reduction Tips For Better Scoring - ... preventing the slice shot. One culprit of the over the top move is using the right hand (applies to right handed golfers) too much and casting the club which causes an over the top motion. Focus on keeping the right hand passive throughout the swing, instead think of the left hand pulling the club through the hitting zone on the downswing. Coming out of the swing too early can also cause a slice shot so as you have probably heard many times you need to keep you head down especially through impact so avoid the temptation...

You Can Worry About Swing Mechanics and Muscle Memory Or Play Great Golf - It's Up to You
Let me ask you a question. Did you drive your car today?
Just before you got into it did you think about hoping not to crash? Did you wonder if you would drive OK? As you drove did you look around at things and have thoughts like these; "Hope I don't bump into that car. I do not want to mount the curb over there and crash into that post. Things are going along OK right now so I hope I don't spoil it all soon, upfront there somewhere. I should watch out for trees along the road as I really do not want to go into them. Is that a river? Gee, I would hate to drive in the water!"
When you got out of your car, or if you didn't drive a car but took a walk, did it go like this?
"I hope I don't trip while I am walking. Is that a big hole full of sand? I hope I don't stumble and fall in there. Watch out! There's a bush next to me and I would hate to fall into it, how stupid would I look? I wonder if my walking bio-mechanics are good enough to make this journey? What happens if I stumble for no apparent reason? Hey, there, I nearly stumbled! I think I better try and control my own walking. Let me see now, if I tense my calf muscle on this leg and then relax my thigh muscle on the other leg does that work? Oops, why am I lying on the ground?"
Let me ask you a question. Did you play golf today?
Did you think about hitting any bad shots today and getting into trouble? Did you wonder how you would play? Did you hope you would play OK but somewhere in the back of your mind those memories of poor rounds persist, hinting or perhaps even shouting? Did you have any thoughts like these or something similar? "I don't want to drive into those trees. Is that water again?! I hope i don't go in there! Do NOT hit it in the water, just don't slice it over into that. I really can't afford to slice it on this hole!"
Did you hit an errant shot and then think about your bio-mechanics of the swing? Did you ever try to control your swing with all sorts of thoughts and find it got worse and worse?
Your honour, the case for the defence of "good golf and having fun" rests.
